Workshop: Advance your Asana, Hips & Arm Balances

Refine your practice through an understanding of the biomechanics of the body and key actions in the poses, to move with greater alignment and integrity. When we build sustainable strength in our physical bodies, we allow for nature’s intelligence to move through us, inviting deeper connection to the Subtle Body channels.

This workshop will invoke Ganesha Consciousness and includes mythic story-telling, asana, pranayama, contemplation and meditation. All levels welcome!
