I have been leading 6-8 retreats annually since 2014 to some of the worlds most beautiful locations. Retreats are one of the most rewarding experiences for both teacher and student as we have the time and space to build a deep connection, on and off the mat. My role is to guide and support students before, during and after the retreat so that they have a safe space to unfold, awaken and integrate the teachings back into their daily lives.
