Love

Love Heals All

We are always love.

We are not broken nor do we need to heal.

We have all the information and teachings we will ever need within us.

Our soul is as vast as the oceans, and vibrates to the beat of the Cosmos. It shines as bright as the sun and yearns to dance freely with the winds.

And our only job is to listen to the wisdom of our bodies and hearts, so the mind can quiet.
We must learn to come back to who we truly are meant to be...to remember and accept ourselves wholeheartedly.

Because we are single threads of a larger colorful tapestry of life - we are all connected and when one us begins to honor and love who we are, we impact and inspire every other person to do the same.

When we own who we are and stand our voice, we shift the paradigm of the world.
Imagine the power and possibility if 7.2 billion people woke up tomorrow and shifted their vibration?

What if we all tapped into a place of trust through our breath and simple gratitude?

What if we believed in our inner state of abundance and worthiness?

What if we all spoke truthfully with compassion and followed what brings us joy?

We would change our energy and in turn change our entire experience of how we move in the world. We would all be living our dream realities and lift one another up. We would collectively rise towards new ways of being and inspire change for generations to come.

Sacred Activism: A prayer for the New Paradigm

We are learning to live for what really matters most to us in a time of sacred activism as we awaken into our power, and consciously listen to and respond from our hearts.

We are remembering our intrinsic intelligence and the strength we hold as a collective.

We are inspired to take responsibility for our actions and aim to walk lightly on this Earth.

Revolutionizing the way we live and love.

To live with this awareness takes a deep desire and commitment to our personal practices of growth...a willingness to stand tall even amidst the discomfort...to stay connected to our truth and the higher vision during hard conversations and moments of transition.

Effort. Steadiness. Integrity. Clarity. Patience.

These virtues are the backbone that enable us to express a more conscious way of being.

And the Soul of our work is the dedication to show up and be seen, to share our unique story and follow the path that most lights us up.

To stay within the work and put ourselves out there, even when it’s scary. To be brave enough to start fresh when we mess up, and to forgive the old version of ourselves. To see the Divine in others (especially those who challenge us) and allow that unbound presence of love to be the foundation of how we communicate and interact.

And the more we show up, the easier it becomes.

We learn that we can craft our power from old stories, wounds and perceived failures. We reiterate to ourselves that we can rise above fears and limited beliefs. We affirm to the Universe that we choose intimacy and connection with ourselves and those around us.

And when we make this choice, over and over again, we inspire those around us to do the same...and slowly the paradigm shape-shifts from our energy, words and actions, and the Cosmos reflect the very light of our own essence.

Devotion: Life as Offering

Inna Shnayder @Inna.Shnayder-274.jpg

Devotion is when we commit with loyalty and love to a person, experience or cause.

It’s when we live with purpose and intention so our energy pours from a place of honesty and integrity.

Our enthusiasm and presence for that which we devote ourselves to, becomes the thread of connection to Spirit.

It’s the fuel that feeds the prayers of our offerings, allowing us to devote our gifts and resources freely from the fullness from our hearts...replenishing us from the inside out.

We can devote ourselves to one (or many) people/experiences/causes and receive immense joy - an inner well spring of connection that seems to overflow on the daily. Or we can aimlessly move through life, unsure of who and what we want to devote ourselves to, feeling stripped of our time and energy, empty and lost.

Devotion is a grounding force that taps us into Source. It’s a vital piece of our Spiritual development as it allows us to take any situation/experience and create deeper purpose - reflections, growth and awakenings.

And from my experience, it isn’t taught - rather an intrinsic desire for a deeper connection that we must be willing to unlock.

It’s a felt energetic exchange with the Universe which arrives as subtle and powerful shifts in our consciousness...an affirmation, deep breathing, preparing meals, helping a stranger, sharing knowledge, volunteering time...it doesn’t mater what the act, most important is how you move through it - to see it through the lens of a daily prayer and sacred offering to the world.

So let life become the offering of your Soul.

Choose simple ways in which you devote yourself to everyday, no matter how small or large the purpose may seem, remember that when we commit and show up fully, we our thread within the tapestry of life strengthens to make for a more beautiful, vibrant and connected existence.

The Power of Human Connection

Inna Shnayder @Inna.Shnayder-310.jpg

Human connection.
It’s a Universal desire and shared value throughout all cultures and times. It enhances the quality of life and increases our longevity.
In a fast paced modern world, often driven by technology and virtual interactions, these moments of human connection are priceless. Presence is the most powerful commodity of our times.
When we boldly meet the eyes of another, listen without interrupting, share with honesty or touch with intention, there is an energetic exchange that connects us to the heart.
We allow the other person to feel seen, heard and felt. We support them to soften and shed the armor. They are more likely to trust and experience the intimacy of our presence.
When another leans in and receives, we too can lean in and receive...even if we are the one offering. Thats the simple beauty of these connections - they provide nourishment for both people if they are willing to open to it.
And when we meet another in this way - whether it’s for a fleeting moment or an extended experience, we feel the power of our shared humanity.
We all seek greater depth in our life through nourishing interactions - with ourselves and to others as they gift us a sense of belonging which almost instantly brings us into a remembrance that we are a part of something larger.
We awaken to Spirit, which guides us to acknowledge that we are all one...eternally connected with shared desires and dreams.
These sweet connections are what make life worth living. If our presence has the potential to change and uplift another’s experience for the better, we are changing the world, simply through our willingness to show up.
It’s the simple things in life that make a big impact...through our devotion to a creating world with more love, and with consistent efforts.

Guru Purnima

Deep bows to all the beautiful teachers in my life and those who continue to fuel my growth on this auspicious day of Guru Purnima. Teachers come in many forms - parents, friends, lovers, children, animals, nature, archetypes...and through all experiences in life of both love and loss.
Today is a sacred day in Hindu culture to honor and pay respects to the ones who have opened the gates of the heart on our Spiritual path.
The Guru.
The one who leads us from darkness to light.
The one who shows us our shadow and our luminosity.
The ones who courageously walk the path and lovingly guide the way.
Grateful to all the teachers who continue to guide me through the Yoga traditions to accelerate my growth, as well as the community who shows up around me to immerse in the practices.
In my experience, these teachers present themselves at the exact moment in time and are committed, present, authentic and full of love. They are embodied in many ways, yet receptive and humble along the way.
Thank you to each of you for standing in your strength. You inspire and fuel me in so many ways
