  • Absolutely! Retreats are an amazing way to begin or deepen your yoga practice. You will be able to experience various aspects of the practice, far beyond the Asana.

    With daily practice you will have the opportunity to see and feel real transformation.

    Retreats provide an intimate and supportive environment where you will have the time and space to ask me questions about your practice as well as meet like-minded community for extra support and inspiration!

  • Not at all! Retreats often attract solo travelers who are looking to immerse into like-minded community.

    Accommodation options differ based on venue location, however there is always an option for either single or shared accommodation.

    If you opt for sharing, we will pair you with someone who is the same gender and has similar sleeping patterns.

  • It is not mandatory, however it is recommended that you participate in the entire program to receive the most benefits from the experience.

    Each day is intentionally curated to support a progressive journey of transformation, with a beautiful balance of practice and time for self-reflection and rest.

    We encourage you to show up for yourself, as well as the other participants to help create an environment of support, encouragement and love.
