Since my first retreat in Costa Rica in 2013, I have witnessed the profound impact of coming together in this way. I have seen hundreds of clients reconnect to themselves and remember their strength, joy and peace which has led them to make significant life changes upon retuning home. Retreats are a doorway to return to what matters most and realign your life so it is rooted in truth, love and meaning.

Retreats are curated immersive experiences aimed to support physical, emotional and mental well-being. They are opportunities to reconnect to yourself and focus your energy within.
Across many spiritual lineages the concept of ‘retreating’ is encouraged and used as a powerful tool to take a healthy pause from the day to day in order to rest, receive and realign.
Retreats are intentional and soulful containers where self-exploration, connection, creativity and collaboration are honored. Each retreat is unique with it’s own curriculum and provides the space for participants to return each year and dive deeper into their practice and growth.

Absolutely! Retreats are an amazing way to begin or deepen your yoga practice. You will be able to experience various aspects of the practice, far beyond the Asana.
With daily practice you will have the opportunity to see and feel real transformation.
Retreats provide an intimate and supportive environment where you will have the time and space to ask me questions about your practice as well as meet like-minded community for extra support and inspiration!

Not at all! Retreats often attract solo travelers who are looking to immerse into like-minded community.
Accommodation options differ based on venue location, however there is always an option for either single or shared accommodation.
If you opt for sharing, we will pair you with someone who is the same gender and has similar sleeping patterns.

It is not mandatory, however it is recommended that you participate in the entire program to receive the most benefits from the experience.
Each day is intentionally curated to support a progressive journey of transformation, with a beautiful balance of practice and time for self-reflection and rest.
We encourage you to show up for yourself, as well as the other participants to help create an environment of support, encouragement and love.
