The Foundation 1:1
A dedicated space to deepen your relationship with yourself, your practice, and the way you move through life.
Designed as a personalised mentorship for yoga practitioners who are ready to commit to their own development and explore what it truly means to live their yoga practice beyond the mat.
Through self-inquiry, embodiment, guided conversation, and intentional practice, we create space to reflect on where you are, meet your current experience with honesty and compassion, and cultivate clarity around what matters most.
Together, we explore how your yoga practice can become a foundation for greater self-awareness, meaningful change, and more conscious living, supporting greater alignment, freedom, and ease both within your practice and throughout your life.

Reflect and Receive
02/
Restore and Realign
03/
Recommit and Renew
The Foundation is for the yoga practitioner who feels called to go deeper — not necessarily into more advanced physical postures, but into a deeper relationship with themselves.
It is for you if you are ready to pause, reflect, ask meaningful questions, and take an active role in your own development.
You may be moving through a transition, feeling called toward greater alignment, or simply sensing that something within you is ready to be explored more deeplyYou don't need to have all the answers.
You simply need a willingness to show up, look inward, and commit to the practice of knowing yourself more fully.
What’s included
-
An in-depth intake form to begin the process of reflection.
Before we meet, you’ll receive a detailed intake form designed to help you pause, reflect, and bring awareness to your current physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
The process gives you space to articulate your intentions for our work together and provides a foundation for me to guide our sessions in a way that is personal and relevant to you.
-
Three 75-minute in-person or virtual sessions, combining guided conversation with embodiment practices.
Each session is unique and progressive, building upon the insights, experiences, and practices explored previously.
Together, we’ll work holistically — acknowledging the relationship between your body, mind, emotions, habits, and the way you engage with your life and practice.
These sessions offer a space to slow down, listen inwardly, ask meaningful questions, and explore where greater awareness or change may be possible.
-
A personalised 20–25 minute Sadhana to continue your practice beyond our sessions.
At the end of our work together, you’ll receive a personalised practice created to support your continued development and integration.
Your Sadhana may include movement, meditation, mantra, mudra, affirmations, or contemplative journaling, depending on your individual needs and intentions.
The aim is not to add more to your life, but to give you a simple and meaningful practice you can return to — creating continuity between our work together and your everyday life.
-
A safe and intentional space to explore, process, and grow.
Throughout our work together, you’ll have space to share openly, receive perspective and insight, and deepen your awareness of yourself and your patterns.
This is an invitation to listen more closely to what is true for you, recognise where you may be out of alignment, and explore what small, meaningful shifts could bring you closer to the life and practice you want to cultivate.
The Foundation 1:1 is an opportunity to pause, turn inward, and commit to the practice of knowing yourself more deeply.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Mentorship offers a dedicated space for reflection, guidance, and meaningful change.
Our work together is a co-creation. I bring experience, perspective, support, and guidance, while you bring your own lived experience, curiosity, and willingness to explore.
The sessions are not simply about receiving answers. They are an invitation to listen more deeply to yourself, uncover your own insights, and develop greater clarity around what is asking for your attention.
The work also extends beyond our 1:1 sessions through contemplative practices and personal reflection, allowing what arises in our conversations to be integrated into your everyday life.
I offer encouragement, perspective, and accountability, while ultimately you are responsible for the choices and actions that bring your insights into practice.
This combination of guidance, self-inquiry, and committed practice creates the conditions for meaningful and lasting transformation.
-
The Foundation is shaped by my own experience of being deeply supported through mentorship with two of my dearest teachers throughout my journey. I have experienced first-hand the power of having someone hold space for you, reflect what they see, offer guidance, and help you access what is already within you.
Our sessions are a balance of guided conversation, embodiment, reflection, and practical tools. While there is an intention and progression to the overall journey, the work is not rigid or prescriptive.
We work intuitively and responsively, allowing each session to meet what is most relevant for you in this particular phase of your life.
The three-session format offers enough space for meaningful exploration while remaining focused, accessible, and grounded in commitment and accountability.
-
Yes. Yoga is the root of the work, but this mentorship is not limited to your physical practice.
We explore how the principles and practices of yoga can support greater self-awareness and conscious living beyond the mat.
Depending on your individual needs, our work may include movement, meditation, mantra, mudra, contemplative practices, or other forms of self-inquiry — alongside guided conversation and reflection.
The intention is to help you deepen your relationship with your yoga practice while exploring how that practice can inform the way you live.
-
Absolutely. The Foundation is open to practitioners of all levels!
You do not need years of yoga experience or an advanced physical practice to participate.
What matters most is your willingness to explore, reflect, and commit to your own development.
For newer practitioners, this can be a beautiful way to begin developing a relationship with yoga that extends beyond physical movement and into the way you relate to yourself and your life.
-
Each session is 75 minutes and builds progressively upon the previous one.
We may explore your current circumstances, patterns, values, desires, challenges, and intentions through guided conversation and embodiment practices.
You will be invited to reflect between sessions and experiment with practices that support your process.
The intention is not to tell you who you should become, but to create the conditions for you to see more clearly, listen more deeply, and make conscious choices from that place.
-
That’s okay.
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out.
The intake form and our first session are designed to help you slow down, reflect on where you currently are, and begin identifying what is most important to explore.
-
The space between sessions is an important part of the process.
You may be invited to engage with contemplative questions, practices, or simple experiments that help you bring the work into your everyday life.
This is where insight begins to become embodied experience and lived practice.
-
Yes.
Following our work together, you will receive a personalised 20–25 minute Sadhana designed around your individual needs and intentions.
Your practice may include movement, meditation, mantra, mudra, affirmation, or contemplative journaling.
It is intended to give you a simple and sustainable practice that you can continue beyond our time together.
-
The Foundation is designed to be completed over approximately two months.
This timeframe creates consistency and accountability while giving you enough space between sessions to reflect, practice, and integrate what emerges from our work together.
-

This includes your preparation work, three 75-minute 1:1 sessions, your personalised Sadhana, and the practices and reflections that support your process throughout the mentorship.
