  • This is a hybrid course, a blend of pre-recorded content and live virtual sessions.

    The course is guided by the four live sessions. After each live session you will receive the Zoom recording, as well as a corresponding PDF with teachings, practice videos and contemplative work for integration.

    The content is shared progressively to help you build an accessible and sustainable home practice which includes movement and meditation, and daily rituals and habits.

  • Ayurveda provides a foundation to understand the most basic principals and philosophies of our bodies and minds.

    Similar to Yoga, Ayurveda creates a blueprint for living a holistic and fulfilled life. The two are are often called ‘sister sciences’ as they are deeply interconnected and understanding the basics of Ayurveda directly impacts and elevates any yoga practice (on and off the mat) through sustainable practices and optimal lifestyle routines.

  • An online course is a wonderful way to further your education, at your own pace and from the comfort of your home!

    You will receive all the course content via email and have lifetime access to it so you can revisit the material and continue your education whenever you need extra inspiration or support.

  • All of the live sessions will be recorded which you will receive via email so you can watch at your convenience at a later date.

  • The course is $375, or three payment installments of $135.
