• Personal Sadhana (spiritual practice) as a recommendation to continue after the live sessions together to integrate the teachings further.

    It’s recommended to have sessions once weekly to maintain consistency in the practice.

    Sessions of three must be used within 2 months of purchase, sessions of six must be used within 3 months of purchase and sessions of 9 must be used within 6 months of purchase.
