  • Absolutey! Retreats are one of the best ways to immerse into the practices with consistency and feel the impact of a daily yoga practice. Retreats also provide an intimate setting where you have personalised attention to connect with the teacher and ask questions, etc.

    All levels of practioners will be supported in this environment.

  • Yes, we encourage everyone to join the entire program to receive as much from the retreat experience as possible. Each day is carefully curated to offer a transformational journey into the body, mind and heart.

    Community (kula) is also an important factor in our retreats — your energy helps keep a safe and loving container so we invite you to be as present as possible for yourself and the group :)

    Of course this is your holiday, so if there is a session that you need to miss for some reason, you are an adult and welcome to make that decision.

  • The retreat starts from 17:30 on February 18th and we request you plan to arrive around this time.


    However should you arrive on an early flight on the retreat start day, access to facilities will be available, including showers and pool, until rooms are ready.

    Check out is at 11:00 on February 26th and we will arrange ongoing transfers (not included in the retreat price) to any destination you desire.

    We have extensive knowledge of Goa and India and we highly recommend staying as long as you can! Please do drop us a line to discuss a possible itinerary.
