Lucy and Lauren have been immersed into the Anusara lineage for over 10 years and bring a refined approach to the physical and subtle body practices that will support you to deepen your practice. All three teachers bring a unique depth of experience, high level of integrity and authentic wisdom for a transformational retreat experience.

You will also receive a certificate at the end of the retreat to register with Yoga Alliance for 40 hours of Continued Education hours. This retreat is a true investment for your personal and professional path!

Of course this is your holiday, so if there is a session that you need to miss for some reason, you are an adult and welcome to make that decision.

September in Ibiza is often very warm with temperatures ranging between 20 - 29 degrees celcius. There is often scattered rain storms and plenty of sunshine — hot days and cooler mornings and evenings. We recommend to bring layers for comfort.

Unio Hotel located in Es Calador is about 20 minutes drive from IBZ Airport. There are many taxis outside the airport and it’s approx. €30 one way.

Car rentals can be booked through Doyouspain if you would like to rent a car while on the island. You won’t need a car during the retreat as the program is immersive and the retreat is all-inclusive with meals.
