Awaken the Heart 200 Hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training is an opportunity to dissolve physical and emotional barriers to illuminate your personal potential.
This training invites you to step wholeheartedly into the richness of yoga philosophy and various theoretical frameworks through immersive practice and self-study.
Designed as a hybrid course, this training offers two live modules hosted in Ibiza from April 13-21 and November 2-10, as well as online modules during the months in between for an intentional and progressive journey.
This Yoga Teacher Training delivers the root teachings of Non-dual Tantra through the lens of Anusara and the seed teachings of Classical Yoga in practical and empowering ways to support the process of embodiment in your own unique and authentic way.
