CULTIVATE HEART COHERENCE, INNER PEACE AND A RETURN TO WHOLENESS.
In Yogic philosophy, Hrdaya is the spiritual heart – the seat of consciousness, intuition, love and our truest nature. Join Chaya in Goa for our 15th year of India retreats, as Lauren Lee and Lucy Hill guide you on a deeply nourishing nine-day journey back to the heart.
Hṛdaya: A Journey to the Heart
February 18 — 26, 2027
In a world that often pulls us outward, this retreat is an invitation to gently return inward, reconnecting with the wisdom that has always lived within.
Held amidst the tranquil tropical beauty of South Goa, this immersion weaves together Anusara Yoga, meditation, pranayama, chanting, somatic practices, philosophy, ritual, and time in nature to cultivate heart coherence—a state of harmony where body, mind, heart, and spirit come into alignment.
As we slow down and soften, we restore the nervous system, deepen our presence, and create the conditions for greater clarity, compassion, and inner strength to emerge. Together, we discover that true resiliency is born from the union of strength and an open heart.
This retreat is a journey home to the heart — a call to reconnect with what matters most and nourish from the inside out.

Lauren Lee is a devoted teacher, mentor and guide for living the wisdom of yoga in everyday life. An E-RYT 500 and Anusara Certified teacher and faculty member of the Bindu Institute of Learning, she creates sacred spaces for students to align, alchemize, and awaken to their fullest potential.
Rooted in the traditional teachings of Kashmir Shaivism, Lauren weaves philosophy, ritual, and somatic inquiry to explore the full spectrum of human experience. Her classes and offerings empower students to inhabit their bodies as sources of intelligence and truth, cultivating presence, devotion, and self-awareness.
With a grounded yet graceful approach, Lauren supports students in moving with integrity, sensitivity, and strength. She reminds us that transformation begins with listening — to the body, to the moment, and to the living current that is already guiding us.
